Karuna’s Kitchen is co-owned by Karuna Diedericks and Antonio Manega. Ayurvedic Practitioner and Chef Karuna Diedericks brings to the table twenty-five years of culinary experience, education from the California College of Ayurveda, and Food for Life training from the Physicians’ Committee for Responsible Medicine, Through teaching cooking classes, conducting one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations, selling food, and providing private chef and catering services, she shares Ayurveda in practical and accessible ways. Adventurous and creative, Chef Antonio has brought a delightful Italian flair to many plant-based dishes. As an athlete, he discovered a plant-based diet fueled by fresh juices that increases vitality and endurance, and has helped him maintain a balanced life and overall joy. He also has over twenty years experience in restaurant services.
