When you work with Karuna one-on-one, you'll access her deep knowledge of the traditional healing methods of Ayurveda. In personal consultations, you'll discover your Ayurvedic dosha (body type) and learn which foods best suit you. With Karuna's guidance, you'll develop a dietary approach that incorporates all varieties of nutrient-dense, plant-based foods. Karuna's 90-day program features on-going coaching that can help you combat certain diet-related health issues such as heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood sugar and obesity, and overcome digestive disorders such as constipation, gas and hyperactivity.
