Mint Chutney with Apple and Coconut
Servings: 6 people
- 2 handfuls Fresh mint leaves
- 2 pcs Tart green apples
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1 pc Fresh green chili
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- Grind all the ingredients, except the coconut, in a blender and process to a fine paste.
- Add the coconut and blend again.
